In each of us dwells a powerful Creative Energy – the Kundalini energy. It typically lies dormant. Kundalini yoga is a practice for awakening this energy. As it is ignited, it can support us in living to our full Creative Potential. Learning how to allow this energy to flow through us (and into our lives) can guide us in so many ways!

It’s smooth sailing in this low to moderate intensity aqua class. Feel the cardiovascular and muscle strengthening benefits designed to give you a full body workout.

9:10am           R.I.P.P.E.D.           Studio 1           Yelena

A total body, high intensity style program that utilizes free weights, resistance, & body weight training. Great for all levels!

9:15am           Group Ride           Studio 2           Brenda

A total body, high intensity style program that utilizes free weights, resistance, & body weight training. Great for all levels!

A heart-centered style which powerfully blends principles of alignment with an uplifting philosophy celebrating the uniqueness of students of multiple levels and experience.

9:45am          Yoga Tune-Up           Avani Studio          Werner

A therapeutic yoga class using yoga balls to relieve stress and tension in the body.

10:15am           Group Power          Studio 1           Brenda

This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles with simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls.

10:30am           Pilates Reformer Class           Pilates Studio           Yelena

A form of pilates done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance.

11:00am           Yin Yoga           Avani Studio           Olga

A perfect complement to Yang practices. There are some standing/yang poses introduced mid-class, most of the poses are seated, supine or prone and are held with muscles relaxed for several minutes. This allows the more dense connective tissue to be addressed, increasing mobility, joint health, and overall wellness.

The club will be open from 7:00am-3:00pm and Kidz in Motion open from 8:00am-12:00pm.
