As parents and/or working adults, we also have the opportunity to learn, meet new people, gain muscles and ramp up our routines at Sky Fitness…

Most successful business people start their day by hitting the health club before 6 am! Challenge yourself to try our early riser sweat sessions during the week and on the weekend:

Monday 5:30a Group Power 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles with simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls.
Tuesday 5:15a Cycle A global experience and overall high tech training.
Wednesday  5:30a Group Power 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles with simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls.
Thursday 5:30a Group Blast High energy and cardio using the STEP to maximize  fitness, agility, balance and strength!
Friday 5:30a Group Centergy  Transform with this athletic mind-body balance program synergizing yoga and pilates accompanied with emotive music!
Saturday 7:30a Group Power 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles with simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls.
Sunday 8:00a  Group Active 20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of core and balance work. Group Active incorporates all elements of fitness.

While looking to improve our fitness and wellness, creating a balance between our mental health & physical bodies is in constant flux. Our egos have their way of thinking we are able to control everything and that is simply not true. Often, we must simply surrender. Sky Yoga offers a plethora of classes where practicing the art of surrender is possible.

Here are a few yoga classes that may help you unwind and relax at the end of a stressful day, as well as recharge your battery on the weekend:

Monday 6:30p  Iyengar Iyengar yoga is known for its precision and intense focus on body alignment. This Hatha yoga practice pioneered the use of props to make it accessible for all people. Therapeutic by design, cultivating strength, flexibility, stability and awareness.
Tuesday 5:15p Deep Stretch/Yin Yoga A class focused on lengthening the muscles and Targeting deep connective tissue by holding poses for longer periods of time; mostly done supine, seated, or with use of props.
Wednesday  6:30p Yin Inspired Yoga Is a mindful practice that combines Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa sequencing with some yin postures.
Thursday 6:30p Yoga 1-2 A heart-centered style which powerfully blends principles of alignment with an uplifting philosophy celebrating the uniqueness of students of multiple levels and experience.
Friday 5:30p Friday Vinyasa Yoga Links breath and movement through Sun Salutations and postures of all types.
Saturday 11:30a Yin Yoga 1 A perfect complement to Yang practices. There are some standing/yang poses introduced mid-class, most of the poses are seated, supine or prone and are held with muscles relaxed for several minutes.
Sunday 10:30a Restorative Yoga/Meditation This class is a combination class that will offer some Restorative Yoga, some Yin Yoga, and Meditation. A sweet experience is guaranteed all you need is a open heart.
