With regular practice you will enjoy hot yoga’s many other physical and mental benefits. Join us in our brand new, state of the art hot yoga studio for an intense and invigorating yoga workout!

Detox, Restore, and Strengthen

Come hydrated and be ready to sweat in our heated studio that will leave you feeling detoxed and invigorated. Combine faster paced yoga postures with your breath and fun and challenging arm balances. 103 degrees!

A warmer (80-85 degrees) slower flow yoga practice with additional flexibility postures in a heated environment.
This class is designed for those who have had more exposure to yoga and have begun to explore a wider variety of postures and styles. The intermediate student understands the relationship between breath and movement.
This is a yoga class perfectly suited for Pickleball players or anyone interested in targeting the main areas of the body used in Pickleball. This class will help with mobility, flexibility, and strength.
A challenging practice for all levels. Create extra heat through dynamic movements that will stretch you before inversion play with arm balances before the closing restorative yoga. 100 degrees 20% humidity.
A lunchtime Hot Yoga class designed to get you moving, sweating, and renewed for a great rest of your day! 90-95 degrees 40% humidity.

Move, sweat and flow in this 60 minute vinyasa style yoga class. Heated between 95-99. 40% humidity. One hour. All levels welcome.
Vinyasa flow yoga linking breath to movement. Sequences vary each week. Heated 95-99. 40% humidity. All levels welcome. 75 minutes.
Vinyasa style yoga with longer holds and lower heat. Perfect for the beginner or advanced yogi that likes a slower pace. Heated 85-90. 40% humidity. All levels welcome. One hour.
A warmer (80-85 degrees) slower flow yoga practice with additional flexibility postures in a heated environment.
Class will encompass a vinyasa flow format inspired. 90-95 degree room temperature. All levels welcome.
A Therapeutic Yoga class that will work with Therapy Balls and other props to relieve aches and pains, increase mobility, improve posture and performance! 80-85 degrees 20% humidity.
