We, as a community, have dealt with incredible stress over the past year. We have been forced to embrace this new normal of surviving with Covid-19 in our midst. We endured a very stressful political race, we have removed ourselves from almost every enjoyable social gathering, which goes against our nature, and as the majority of us are eager to get back to a more livable normal, many simply cannot overcome the fear of getting started. With this in mind surviving is everything, but living…really living life is extremely important!
This week Lake County has moved back into Illinois Phase 4 guidelines. With this new phase, our community is opening up. This is the perfect opportunity to get back to doing those things that you enjoyed prior to Covid such as a Group exercise or yoga class, relaxing in the sauna or whirlpool. This is all available at Sky with safety precautions and social distancing! Given the ongoing health crisis the world is facing, our personal health has never been more important! Sky Fitness has had thousands of check-ins and we are extremely proud to say that we have had NO COVID TRANSMISSIONS! This amazing success can be attributed to our strict cleaning protocols and safety measures. We are committed to deliver nothing short of the very best healthy life experiences, environments, programs and services. We know how crucial proper exercise, strong immune systems and a healthy community are for our physical and mental health. Our incredible team at Sky Fitness is eager to serve members and help to positively impact their lives each and every day. This spring we will have a brand new Power Lifting Room designed for all types of heavy lifting! The outdoor pool will be opening as soon as the weather breaks, so get inspired to re-engage in your wellness mindset. The time is NOW!
