Your personal training program starts with an in-depth fitness assessment that helps uncover your unique desires and needs. Our assessment analyzes blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat composition, strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, and cardiovascular fitness. We even identify movement and stability weaknesses by performing a Functional Movement Screen.
Once your assessment is complete, each trainer will guide you through the best course of action to attain your objectives. You can choose from:
- Private training
- Semi-private training
- Small group training
- Nutritional planning from our on-site nutritionist
