We have a wide range of experienced personal trainers with the capability of working with members of all levels. Whether you are a member at Sky Fitness or a non-member, we will help you reach your specific goals!

Sky Fitness offers Master Trainers with over 35 years of experience, including two with sports medicine & rehab experience. We have personal trainers that specialize in functional training, golf, pickleball, sports performance, body building, weight loss and fall prevention.

Your personal training program starts with a consultation and in-depth fitness assessment that helps uncover your unique desires and needs.

Once your assessment has been completed, each trainer will guide you through the best course of action to attain your objectives. You can choose from one the following:

We provide private one-on-one training for either an hour or half-hour session. Our Semi-private and group training is provided in hour sessions only.

One-hour training investment ranges from $69 -$85 per session.

Half-hour training investment ranges from $39 - $50 per session.

Semi-private and group training investment ranges from $40 - $55 per session.

Fitness training is a science, and our trainers use that science to perform assessments, create programs, and implement training techniques specifically for you.
